About

OwnershipTrace helps curious investors explore who holds a company, how reported positions change, and what public disclosures reveal about the people and funds behind them.

Follow a curated group of investment managers, look inside individual funds, and discover significant ownership stakes. Explore disclosed transactions by company insiders and US House members, or review reported short interest. Company pages connect these perspectives so you can investigate the same business across the available data.

The aim is to make public disclosures easier to explore, with useful summaries and links back to the original sources. Each source offers a different view, with its own coverage and reporting delays. Elite Investors and House Trades are available without an account; the other data areas require Premium access.
